Q: Who are you guys and what was this charge for ?
A: You signed up for an eBay training program called AuctionMonster. Included in that training program was $300 in advertising credits and a 10 day trial to our AuctionMonster web builder which is directly integrated to with eBay. If you'd like I can credit you one month's worth of hosting so that you can have 30 more days to see the features of our website. If not, I can go ahead and cancel your monthly fee.

Q: I never authorized this charge
A: This was something you signed up for online. If you don't think you signed up for this online perhaps you had a spouse or family member that used your credit card for this purchase? The only way we charge people's credit card is when they enter it into our website and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Q: I didn't know about the monthly fees
A: We state all monthly fees for our trial services in our terms and conditions on the site you signed up at. We also stated on the web page that there is a 10 day trial to our AuctionMonster Web Builder included in the eBay training kit.

Q: I didn't get anything from you guys
A: We ship all our customers a training CD and you have a username and password to our AuctionMonster web builder. If you need us to resend your CD or give you your username and password so that you can log in to your accoung please call us.
